Gift Bag for Kids
The Red Carpet Foundation brings the excitement and glamour of the red carpet directly to our beneficiaries hospital beds by offering them gift bags similar to the ones traditionally given to celebrities and presenters at awards shows such as the Academy Awards and the Golden Globes.

The gift bags are age appropriate and are designed to meet the needs and wants of kids living in hospitals. Each gift bag likely contains the following:
Apple IPOD
Celebrity designed T-shirt
Stuffed animal
Colorful comfort socks
Assorted jewelry
Selection of age appropriate magazines and books
Selected toys and games
'Songs of Hope' album
Gift certificates for local businesses
Greeting card with words of support from our sponsors

Celebrity For A Day

  The Red Carpet Foundation's Celebrity For A Day Program transforms our beneficiaries into celebrities! We do this by providing an exciting “red carpet experience” in which our beneficiaries are treated famously. Preceding the event, beneficiaries are given a complete makeover by one of Los Angeles ’ top personal stylists. The beneficiaries are provided fashionable clothing and jewelry to be worn at the event, as well as, limousine transportation to and from the event, and a gift bag to commemorate the event.

Beneficiaries may be of any age and reside anywhere in the United States. If a beneficiary resides in a state other than California, air travel will be provided. A beneficiary is eligible if he/she is facing a serious life challenge. The Red Carpet Foundation accepts beneficiaries from one of following referral sources:

·         The disadvantaged individual himself/herself

·         A family member of the disadvantaged individual

·         A friend/teacher/medical professional with close contacts to the disadvantaged individual

·         A sister charity with 501(c)(3) status
